BRAZZAVILLE, Republik Congo -At least four people were killed and dozens others injured when a series of largeexplosions rocked an arms warehouse Brazzaville yesterday.
Emergency situations spread to Kinshasa, across the Congo River that separates theoil-producing former French colony of Congo, Democratic Republic of causing windowsshattered.
